Shipping policy
Rhino Holsters offers flat-rate shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped using UPS whenever possible. However, if your address requires shipment via USPS (such as a PO Box or a location where UPS does not deliver), tracking information may not be available.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are processed UP to 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, if applicable.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking Information
- Orders shipped via UPS will include tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
- Orders shipped via USPS (if necessary, due to address restrictions) may not include tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. Rhino Holsters is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
-Rhino Holsters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
Once we drop it off for shipping, we have no control over your shipment and are provided the same information you are.
